Meet Wanda Greathouse Holloway
Wanda Holloway is a seasoned employment attorney with extensive experience as both outside and in-house counsel for leading global companies. She brings a practical, business-focused perspective to her clients, helping them make sound decisions while effectively managing legal risk. As the founder of Greathouse Holloway, Wanda built the firm with a focus on delivering high-value, efficient, and strategic legal services through a flexible model tailored to client needs. Her prior in-house roles at Compaq/HP and GTE/Verizon, combined with her experience as a partner and key client relationship leader at major global law firms, enable her to anticipate client challenges and develop innovative, results-driven solutions.
Wanda regularly partners with clients at all levels—from the C-suite to frontline management—on a broad range of employment law matters. Her work includes advising on the employment and labor aspects of corporate transactions; developing and implementing global policies and programs, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, codes of conduct, performance management strategies, and accommodation processes; conducting sensitive workplace investigations; and performing comprehensive audits of employment practices. She also advises on executive compensation and agreements, restrictive covenants, compliance programs, and training, and she supports clients in the prevention and defense of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower matters. In addition, Wanda has significant experience designing risk management strategies and guiding clients through reductions in force.
In her practice, Wanda frequently collaborates with clients on both day-to-day and high-stakes/high-visibility matters, helping clients navigate everything from employee relations matters to “bet-the-company” litigation, class and collective actions, and issues involving senior leadership or board-level attention. She has extensive experience managing large-scale litigation and administrative matters before agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, OFCCP, and DOL. Wanda has led the employment aspects of major corporate transactions from due diligence through integration, advised multinational organizations on global compliance and workforce strategies, and coordinated complex, multi-country employment matters. She is also trusted to handle highly sensitive investigations, serve as an embedded advisor to organizations without in-house employment counsel, and guide leadership through complex workforce changes, executive compensation issues, and restrictive covenant strategies. Her approach consistently focuses on aligning legal strategy with business objectives to drive practical, effective outcomes.
